We believe that user experience is a foundational element of any successful platform. It shapes how we interact with technology, and a well-designed interface encourages product adoption. While we've placed considerable focus on the user experience of our front-end stores, it's been a while since your Liftoff administrative environment received the same love and attention.

With that said, we're pleased to announce that a cleaner, more organized experience is coming to your Liftoff management tools in the next few weeks. We've taken steps to create a more consistent experience throughout the platform, making features easier to find, understand, and use.

What's changing?

Here's a recap of what to expect when this new experience is unleashed:

Improved design - Your management screens and tools have been reorganized to make information easier to find and navigate. We've also worked to reduce the number of clicks and tabs required to access information within Liftoff.
Collapsible side menu - The side menu will no longer slide out when hovered over. With the new design, you'll be able to toggle the menu open or closed and pin it in your preferred position.
Improved mobile device support - Your Liftoff admin console will soon be better equipped to handle just about any device you can throw at it. With improved support for today's mobile devices, you'll be able to manage Liftoff from the palm of your hand!

What's not changing?

While you'll notice plenty of visual improvements, the core functionality you've come to rely on remains unchanged.

Functionality - No existing functionality is being added, removed, or changed as part of this update.
How you access the portal - Your admin portal will remain available at https://my.liftoff.shop. The updated experience will appear automatically once the new design is released.
Familiar features - Although the menus and search tools have a fresh look, the features you use today will remain available in their familiar locations. We're improving how you interact with Liftoff, not changing what Liftoff can do.

When is this new look coming to MyLiftoff?

We anticipate the redesigned Liftoff administrative experience will be available in mid November or earlier. In the meantime, we're providing screenshots to give you a preview of what's coming and help you become familiar with the updated interface before it arrives.

We're excited to bring these improvements to Liftoff and hope you'll find the new interface cleaner, simpler, and easier to use.
