A glass rocket ship in space. In text: "2025 in Review"

2025 At a Glance

As 2026 begins and we look forward towards our plans and goals for the new year, we also reflect on our growth and accomplishments throughout 2025. These are a few of our favorites:

April 2025

- Zoho Analytics

Our analytical reports are now powered by Zoho, providing faster, cleaner, and more intuitive reporting. The analytics package is included in all Professional subscriptions automatically!

June 2025

- Lead Times and Due Dates

Empower your customers with more details around when their products are expected to ship. If you want to capture a desired in-hands date during checkout, you can ensure customers can't select a date that is incompatible with the lead time on the product, which helps to better manage expectations.

- Remote Catalog

Offer Office supplies of have products on another platform? If that platform supports cXML punchouts, you can create a category on your Liftoff storefront that punches out to the third party. Customers shop and complete checkout in Liftoff, and products on selected on the third-party site are automatically created in Liftoff!

- Aggregate Pricing

Quantity-based pricing got more advanced. In addition to supporting these discounts at the individual product level, you can now apply them to groups of products.

August 2025

- Formula Based Pricing

Need to manage upcharges based on selections made in a customizable template, quantity, or other factors? Enter your formula into Liftoff once and let the system handle the rest!

December 2025

- Global Product Management

One of our largest efforts of the year. Products can now be created at the global level and easily added to your accounts. The products can be adjusted at the account level for things such as pricing, images, configuration options, etc.

  • A letter from Liftoff's President

Subscribers,

It’s hard to believe we’re already more than halfway through the first month of 2026 as we reflect on the accomplishments of 2025. We’re incredibly grateful for both our new and long-standing partnerships, and for the opportunity to support your continued success.

Over the past year, AI began transforming the digital landscape, becoming increasingly visible across the marketing industry. While we gave AI little fanfare at Liftoff, it quietly played a meaningful role behind the scenes in many of the features you rely on — including content delivery, image manipulation, correction, and more. For us, AI is not a marketing buzzword, but a practical tool to solve real problems. We’ve taken a thoughtful approach in curating use cases that truly benefit from this technology, and we look forward to sharing more about these applications in the coming months.

One of my biggest takeaways from 2025 was the tremendous opportunity we have to elevate the overall user experience of the Liftoff platform. As we move into Q1, we’re preparing to release captivating, modern design themes for your stores, a fully refreshed administrative portal that’s more mobile-responsive and intuitive, and a significantly simplified product import and virtualization process through our newest partnership with Safsira. With dozens of user-focused features on the way, our team is energized by what’s ahead.

While 2025 was a remarkable year for innovation, 2026 is poised to raise the bar even higher as we position Liftoff for the next decade of evolving business needs. None of this would be possible without you. Your feedback, ideas, and trust continue to shape everything we build.

Thank you for being the best part of our journey.

Cheers,

Andrew Alford
